You see the thing is – we genuinely LOVE good food and better yet, we LOVE cooking it! We tried making fancy food, fiddly food and food that looks a million bucks. But the truth is, all we really care about is making deliciously simple meals that not only taste amazing but are KIND to our planet.
So, we did what we do best and Nuthin Fyshy was born. We are committed to offering a long-term alternative for the environmentally conscious, while helping alleviate some of the strain on our oceans and fish population.
Erin and Kylie met at a festival over 20 years ago and have remained soul sisters ever since. Erin quit her job in Melbourne and drove across the Nullarbor to Perth and Kylie quit her job in Saudi Arabia and flew back home to Perth to start Nuthin Fyshy. We are so excited for you to try our food and to feel good about helping our planet at the same time, leaving fish in the ocean but still getting that taste of fysh and chips you remember and love.
